First we coat marshmallow fluff in chocolate, then roll it in gram crackers and finally we freeze dry it. This process changes the texture from chewy and sticky to crispy crunchy melt away in your mouth! They remind me of sitting by the fire as a kid and roasting s’mores but with out the mess!
